Summary ? This position has a flexible work schedule. Work from home is an option. ? This position is responsible for managing our overall relationship with our personal lines clients, by managing the renewal process, cross selling, upselling, asking for Google reviews and soliciting referrals. ? Meeting sales objectives in retention of clients, increasing premium and policy volume in accordance with our annual business plan. ? You will be responsible for reviewing clients current coverage and recommending changes to improve their coverage and reduce their risk of loss. You will have access to 20+ insurance companies in order to provide our customers the best insurance value for their individual situation. ? Our process utilizes multiple digital strategies. You will become fluent in the use of a VOIP Phone system linked to a CRM (KEAP formerly known as Infusionsoft). ? You will manage the renewal process in Slack and will need to access multiple insurance company websites plus our Agency Management System (NowCerts) in order to review their current insurance policies and make recommendations to close coverage gaps. ? You will be presenting your solutions using various tools such as: video quotes, zoom meetings, and conference calls. What you will receive ? Competitive Salary: $34,000-$45,000. ? Your primary focus and responsibility will be to review and manage the clients insurance portfolio through outbound video proposals, zoom meetings, other digital sales methods, phone calls and in person meetings. ? You will be interacting directly with our remote virtual assistants to propose insurance solutions to close coverage gaps and provide our customers peace of mind. ? We have 20+ insurance companies for you to review annually with the client. We have established minimum recommended coverage limits to discuss with our vlaued clients. ? You will follow multiple processes using multiple technologies to improve client retention, increase sales and improve agency profits. ? Most of our clients think of us as auto and home insurance agents. You will be expected to expand their thoughts to include: commercial or business insurance, life insurance, financial planning, medicare supplements, and long-term care insurance. ? Understand, promote and support the objectives and goals of the agency. ? You will effectively utilize a multitude of digital tools. You will become proficient in the use of our VOIP phone system (Turbodial), CRM (KEAP), renewal tracking (Slack), and client management system (NowCerts). ? Complete required number of renewal calls and average times per day, week, and month. Calls should include consistent use of the consultative sales process and skills gaining a commitment and establishing a clear forward action plan. ? Use a strategic approach and segmentation to select clients to spend time with and provide guidance and solutions to protect all their assets. ? Communicate and deliver on the Agency's value proposition for each line of business. ? Gather and share competitive intelligence, market changes, and our competitive position. ? Gather and request for customer reviews on platforms such as: Google, Yelp, Facebook, Linked In, etc. ? Gather customer referrals for our sales staff. What you'll bring to the company ? A friendly, energetic personality that embraces digital technologies in a consultative setting to protect our clients' most precious assets in the most cost-effective way. ? You must possess a strong phone presence including video presentation and experience with multiple outbound/inbound phone calls per day. ? Bachelor's degree and prior insurance experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. ? Proficient with web presentation tools including online meetings & video conferencing with strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

Maintain daily workflow in ImageRight by analyzing, handling or forwarding to the techs daily tasks for processing. Meet service standard requirements. Make regular tele-sales calls as directed by manager. Write SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and Idea Suggestions by following guidelines as determined by team goals. Maintain underwriting knowledge by attending underwriter training meetings at JM Wilson and insurance carriers also by reviewing company underwriting changes and manual updates. Back up others in the department and company by answering phone calls, handling customer service needs, quotes, binding and handling rush items. Perform other duties at the direction of management. Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, plus 2+ years of experience in managing people • Experience in leading hybrid or remote employees is a plus • Pay will be commensurate with experience level • Local candidates preferred; this role is onsite in our Carmel, IN branch office • Ability to travel as needed; percentage will vary in these unique pandemic times • These certifications/skills are a plus: • Surplus Lines license to countersign policies • Residency to countersign policies • CPCU • AAMGA classes • CIC
